Appointment Bookings, Cancellations
At Knead To Unknot Massage Therapy, we are committed to providing a calm, professional and respectful experience for every client. Whether you are booking remedial massage, relaxation massage, sports massage or craniosacral therapy, the following terms help us provide reliable appointments, personalised care and a welcoming Central Coast massage therapy environment.
Appointment Bookings
All massage therapy appointments must be booked and confirmed through Fresha. Bookings are subject to practitioner availability and are only secured once the booking process has been completed.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final treatment cost on the day of your session. This helps us reserve your chosen appointment time and prepare for your treatment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of $60.00 or 50% of the booking fee.
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment fee.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment so you can receive the full benefit of your treatment. If you arrive late, your session time may need to be reduced to avoid impacting the next client’s booking. The full treatment fee will still apply.
Health Conditions & Medical Information
Your health, comfort and safety are important to us. Please inform your massage therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgery, pain concerns, medications or health changes before your treatment begins.
Certain health conditions may require medical clearance from a doctor before receiving remedial massage, relaxation massage, sports massage or craniosacral therapy.
Knead To Unknot Massage Therapy does not recommend massage during the first trimester of pregnancy. Please let us know if you are pregnant at the time of booking. As we do not specialise in pregnancy massage, we recommend seeking a qualified pregnancy massage therapist for pregnancy-specific treatment.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift certificates are non-transferable and may only be used by the person named on the certificate, unless otherwise approved by Knead To Unknot Massage Therapy.
Refund Policy
Massage therapy services are non-refundable once the treatment has begun.
If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please let us know immediately so we can respond to your concerns. If at any time you feel uncomfortable during your massage or craniosacral therapy session, please tell your therapist straight away. Your comfort and wellbeing are important, and the treatment can be adjusted or stopped if needed.
Client Conduct
Knead To Unknot Massage Therapy maintains a professional, safe and respectful environment for all clients and therapists.
Any inappropriate behaviour, language or conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund. Future bookings may also be refused.
Privacy & Personal Information
Your personal details, booking information and health information are treated as confidential. This information is collected to help provide safe, effective and personalised massage therapy services.
Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Pricing & Promotions
Treatment prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers, discounts and vouchers cannot be combined unless clearly stated.
Current pricing for remedial massage, relaxation massage, sports massage and craniosacral therapy can be viewed through our booking system or sessions and pricing page.
Liability
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information before treatment. Knead To Unknot Massage Therapy is not liable for issues arising from undeclared medical conditions, injuries, allergies or health concerns.
